About

Crisecca Creations was born from a desire to provide a creative outlet whilst utilising our skills for a positive cause. We love fabric and we love the challenge of turning something old into something that can be used again. We also have a passion for problem solving.

Crisecca Creations is about making bespoke products for you and your home, using recycled, donated and new fabrics, and always giving a portion of the profits to a chosen charity.

A home should reflect your life and the interests of you and your family and should tell a story about the owner -from the pictures on the wall to the cushions on the sofa.

Follow the Star - A Nativity Activity

Find the star, introduce the characters and share the nativity story as it unfolds. Set the scene for your most magical and traditional Christmas.

Bring a new dimension to your Christmas preparation with this activity where you hide the star along with a nativity character and then read the story as each character is found. Decorate the characters, hang on your tree or keep them in your nativity bag.

How to use the activity

Take all the characters out of the stable bag and put them somewhere safe. They appear in the following order:

Mary, Angel Gabriel, Joseph, Donkey, inn Keeper, Jesus, Sheep, Shepherd, Angel, King

On the first evening (or whatever time scale works for you) hide the star and put your first character next to it.

The next morning your child can search for the star and find the character. You can then read the first part of the story together to see where the character fits in.

Decorate the character, hang it up on the tree or put it in the stable bag.

Repeat this until all of the characters are found and the story is complete.
